Join Our Client as a Service Engineer in Skaneateles, NY in redefining healthcare to save and sustain lives! We seek an engineer with an Associate degree and 2-5 years of R&D technical experience to design, transfer, and support critical product service workflows.

responsibilities:
- Design and document processes, workflows, and technical requirements for product installation, delivery, and support, ensuring a seamless design transfer from R&D to operations.
- Author comprehensive service documentation and administer training programs (such as the 5-Customer Interactions process) for deployment and Tier 1 & 2 support teams.
- Provide expert Tier 3 troubleshooting and hands-on technical support, handling customer escalations and participating in system upgrades or deployments.
- Ensure all servicing processes and R&D engineering efforts strictly adhere to FDA, ISO, and IEC design control procedures and regulations.
- Lead technical project teams, participate in strategic customer calls to identify needs, and collaborate across international business segments to deliver solutions.
