responsibilities:
- Drive commercial expansion of Insight bearing applications with end-user and OEM customers across heavy industries such as mining, metals, paper and related sectors
- Identify high-value applications where condition-monitoring gaps exist and build an effective pipeline
- Engage maintenance, reliability, and engineering stakeholders to define technical solutions
- Prepare proposals, lead technical-commerical discussions, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Experience selling customized sensor-based solutions
- Experience in strategic business development, customer relationship management, and driving growth initiatives, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, technology, or related markets
- Background in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or reliability technologies
- Experience seeling solutions across heavy industries (mining, metals, paper and related sectors)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge in vibration analysis, acoustic sensing, fiber-optic sensing, load measurement, or similar industry
