responsibilities:
- Drive operational quality on the warehouse floor by identifying supplier defects and non-conformances, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and QMS discipline.
- Lead structured root cause analyses on quality failures, receiving errors, and customer complaints to implement corrective and preventive actions that resolve issues at their source.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy, OTIF, and returns, translating data into visual dashboards to drive floor accountability.
- Champion continuous improvement by collaborating on Kaizen events and updating standard work using lean principles to minimize waste and stabilize processes.
