Join Our Client as a Senior Estimating Analyst in West Nyack, NY a global infrastructure leader solving tough challenges! We seek a pro with 8+ years of construction estimating experience (utilities preferred) to develop baseline cost estimates and manage budgets.

responsibilities:
- Manage project costs and budgets throughout the full lifecycle, tracking forecasts, labor planning, and updates due to field delays or scope changes.
- Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and prepare accurate Order of Magnitude (OOM) and appropriation estimates based on design reviews.
- Collaborate with Project Schedulers to create cost-loaded and labor-loaded schedules, ensuring project requirements are fully optimized.
- Support contract and change management by preparing bid requisition estimates, estimating scope changes, and conducting field visits to gather cost-basis data.
- Assist with capital planning and reporting, contributing to corporate five-year capital budgets, Rate Case estimating, and monthly cost variance analysis for Our Client.
