responsibilities:
Summary of Responsibilities
- Automation & Equipment Support: Assist in the assembly, setup, and commissioning of advanced automation equipment to optimize Our Client's manufacturing workflows.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electromechanical issues, minimizing production disruptions and equipment downtime.
- New Product Launch (NPI): Configure and validate production equipment, tooling, and fixtures to support seamless pilot builds and product launches.
- Process & Design Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional design teams to evaluate and improve manufacturability and resolve equipment bottlenecks.
- Root-Cause Analysis & Quality: Participate in failure investigations and continuously update manufacturing SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.
