responsibilities:
- Develop, prototype, and scale biochemical products (buffers, excipients, and chemical libraries) across multiple formats, including tablets, sachets, vials, and HTS plates.
- Design and optimize dry and liquid dispensing workflows for 24- to 384-well plates, establishing precise layout, fill accuracy, and in-process controls.
- Maintain and operate specialized equipment such as tablet presses, powder blenders, automated liquid/solid dispensers, and analytical testing instruments.
- Qualify plate sealing, barcode identification, and shipping conditions while rigorously evaluating compound adsorption, evaporation, and cross-contamination risks.
