responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Engineering and Operations teams to define and document detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) by reviewing field inspection reports and damage photos.
- Oversee the full purchase order (PO) lifecycle from initial submission and approval tracking through to final invoice reconciliation and timely closure.
- Review vendor invoices within a strict 14-day SLA, resolve billing discrepancies with suppliers, and maintain an accurate, up-to-date financial tracking database.
- Utilize Excel, Smartsheet, and Salesforce to run custom reports, execute data clean-up, and support ad-hoc operational or field investigation tasks.
