responsibilities:
- Maintain the Quality Management System.
- Create Quality Alerts for recurring or critical quality issues
- Support production quality activities within an automotive plastic injection molding environment.
- Participate in development and review of APQP documents, PFMEA, and Control Plans for pre-series and series production
- Lead and participate in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and 8D corrective action activities.
- Investigate quality concerns and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Associates Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred)
- 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in automotive manufacturing
- Experience within a plastic injection molding manufacturing environment
