An Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience is required.

responsibilities:
- Primary Objective: Deliver precise measurement, evaluation, and reporting to support new part development, validation, existing part quality, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Engineering & Product Partnership: Collaborate with Product Development, Supplier, and Manufacturing Engineering to define measurable design specifications and evaluate test feasibility.
- Process & Method Development: Create and validate new component inspection methods, author SOPs and Work Instructions, and build internal capabilities to minimize vendor reliance.
- Scope & Support Roles: Perform specialized technical, operational, or administrative tasks, drawing on completed vocational training or equivalent experience.
- Autonomy & Peer Mentorship: Work independently, handle internal communications, and act as an informal guide and resource for less experienced colleagues.
