responsibilities:
- Construct, test, and repair prototype devices, including fabricating custom cable harnesses, connectors, and performing precision PCBA soldering and rework.
- Manage and maintain all lab equipment, hand/power tools, and instruments, taking direct charge of critical equipment calibration and general lab organization.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex prototype devices by interpreting electronic schematics, mechanical drawings, and collaborating directly with design engineers.
- Utilize standard laboratory test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power supplies to evaluate prototypes under dynamic, fast-paced conditions.
