Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer II based in Wayne, NJ to support supply chain transformation initiatives and daily procurement operations. In this role, you will gain hands-on operational experience while collaborating across teams to manage purchase orders, track vendor deliveries, maintain inventory levels, and support system and process improvements.

responsibilities:
- Support supply chain projects by maintaining documentation, tracking schedules, and assisting with data collection and migration across modules.
- Process purchase orders, track supplier deliveries, gather pricing quotes, and assist with vendor evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with planning teams to coordinate replenishment activities.
- Work closely with IT, supply chain, and procurement teams to support stakeholder engagement and system testing.
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
