responsibilities:
- Apply Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and change control strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and eliminate operational waste for Our Client.
- Ensure defect-free workmanship and high quality standards by adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, and site quality systems.
- Drive customer satisfaction across manufacturing workflows by identifying efficient, high-urgency solutions to meet production and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and site leadership to support management directives, business conduct guidelines, and continuous improvement goals.
