responsibilities:
- Perform meticulous inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods for Our Client using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
- Support and audit Quality Management Systems (such as AS9100 and ISO 9001) to ensure all of Our Client's manufacturing processes strictly adhere to rigorous regulatory requirements.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to investigate deviations, resolve quality issues, and document non-conformances on behalf of Our Client.
- Participate in root cause analyses and corrective/preventative action processes to improve product quality, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency for Our Client.
