responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive First Article Inspections (FAI) and Delta FAIs per AS9102 requirements, ballooning drawings and reviewing documentation to verify parts against design specifications for Our Client.
- Conduct meticulous first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision gages and test equipment in strict alignment with Job Instruction Sheets, WHMA, and IPC standards.
- Complete and stamp all required quality paperwork, maintain accurate inspection records, and interface directly with customers on-site or virtually to explain FAI reports on behalf of Our Client.
- Support continuous improvement across Our Client's facilities by upholding 5S workstation standards and strictly adhering to all EH&S guidelines.
