responsibilities:
- Help resolve real-time equipment breakdowns and quality issues in the suites, troubleshoot automation code and conduct technical analyses using PI data.
- Assist in planning and executing plant automation projects, executing design/simulation test scripts, and managing change requests to support project delivery.
- Gather user requirements, assist with the tech transfer of new processes, and provide valuable automation design and operation support to cross-functional teams.
- Partner with the Quality department to investigate deviations, act as the MES representative during Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and complete critical CAPAs.
- Draft, review, and update automation SOPs, Functional Specifications, and manufacturing work instructions to prevent errors and ensure compliance for Our Client.
