responsibilities:
- Direct multiple engineering initiatives, prioritizing team tasks and allocating resources to ensure milestone delivery and deadline adherence.
- Critically evaluate and authorize project changes that impact scope, financial budgets, or schedules to proactively minimize operational delays.
- Track project milestones against baseline plans, applying professional technical judgment to solve complex operational challenges.
- Oversee relationships and contracts with external vendors and contractors to guarantee high service and delivery standards.
- Apply deep engineering principles (PMP preferred) to resolve complex issues as an independent contributor with minimal supervision.
