responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of materials, components, and products to verify strict conformance to specifications.
- Initiate, document, and manage Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) while supporting root cause investigations and CAPA tracking activities.
- Administer and maintain calibration and preventive maintenance programs, tracking due dates and coordinating technical records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to quickly resolve quality issues and support audit readiness.
