responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Systems team while setting clear goals aligned with Our Client's overall quality objectives.
- Manage and prioritize supplier quality, quality calibration, audits, and special processes to focus on compliance, cost, and delivery.
- Act as the primary contact for Quality Leading Indicators (QLI) and implement business systems to improve quality management effectiveness.
- Ensure organizational readiness for customer and third-party assessments, hosting auditors and reviewing updated compliance requirements.
- Communicate quality issues to front-line leaders and site personnel to facilitate root cause analysis and establish sustainable corrective actions.
