responsibilities:
- Generate and update MRP schedules based on sales forecasts, production targets, and optimal inventory levels.
- Partner with suppliers to procure parts and materials on schedule, ensuring strict adherence to lead times and quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods, trigger timely replenishment to prevent shortages, and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Work closely with production, logistics, and purchasing teams to align delivery priorities and quickly mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze consumption patterns, demand trends, and supplier metrics to uncover continuous improvement and cost-reduction opportunities.
