responsibilities:
- Independently develop and review environmental deliverables, including environmental basis documents, permitting support, compliance matrices, and discharge criteria.
- Plan, execute, and review water treatment designs, including water balances, system schematics, equipment specifications, and technical requisitions.
- Coordinate complex interfaces across process, mechanical, civil, permitting, and construction teams, as well as with equipment suppliers and client representatives.
- Provide expert technical guidance on water treatment technology selection, RO pretreatment protection, reject stream interfaces, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure high-quality project execution by reviewing all assigned engineering deliverables for technical accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project schedules and budgets.
