responsibilities:
- Define and execute the comprehensive commissioning and start-up strategy, aligning construction schedule milestones with system availability and managing critical interdependencies.
- Lead field commissioning, performance verification, and start-up testing for complex fab and cleanroom systems, including HVAC, electrical, controls, and process utilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system deficiencies, stability challenges, and turndown issues under initial load conditions.
- Interface with client stakeholders to align on commissioning objectives, manage readiness gates, and ensure a seamless, fully documented turnover to operations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the commissioning team, driving accountability while managing execution tools like the RASCI matrix and performance trackers for Our Client.
