responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections on manufactured parts to evaluate dimensions, finish, and overall workmanship against blueprint specifications using calipers, micrometers, and visual measuring systems.
- Maintain a steady and timely flow of products through the inspection department to ensure all customer deliveries and outside processing deadlines are met.
- Review certification packages, organize electronic QA data on the server, and release approved products for shipment within the ERP system.
- Inspect incoming materials and review material certifications, promptly issuing Defect Material Reports (DMR) or Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMR) in the ERP system when issues arise.
- Partner closely with the Lead Inspector and Department Manager to resolve quality concerns, audit records, and support overall site compliance for Our Client.
