A CAM Programmer is needed for a leading manufacturing organization near Conyers, GA. This role is responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for lasers, press brakes, and automated bending equipment to ensure precise part fabrication. The programmer collaborates closely with engineering and shop floor teams to support high-quality production schedules.
Candidates should have 2+ years of experience programming CNC machines in a sheet metal manufacturing setting. Candidates with solely CAM programming will also be considered. Proficiency with CAM software like SigmaNest, Radan, or SigmaBend, alongside blueprint reading skills and G-code familiarity, is required. Experience with automated or robotic bending systems is strongly preferred. This is a direct-hire role, and out client is only seeking local talent currently.

- Provide setup instructions and troubleshooting support to shop floor machine operators
- Maintain an organized programming database to ensure repeatable and traceable manufacturing
