We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead commercial installation projects in the Virginia Beach area. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys managing crews, coordinating projects, and delivering quality work while maintaining long lasting customer relationships.

responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate commercial installation projects, including schedules, materials, permits, supplies, and manpower.
- Oversee project performance and profitability while participating in installation P&L management.
- Monitor job progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects moving.
- Provide regular updates on project status and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure customer expectations are met through quality work and effective communication.
