responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain high-precision CNC programs using NX CAM for multi-axis milling, turning, grinding, and EDM on large-format equipment up to 2.5m.
- Verify all new CNC programs prior to shop floor release using Vericut, and integrate Renishaw on-machine probing cycles for process and part validation.
- Provide daily 2nd shift operator troubleshooting and technical programming support, assisting during new machine startups and process improvements.
- Support and implement specialized tooling and fixturing requirements while authoring clear workstation instructions and methods for the programming team.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize safety, quality, cost, and delivery across 2nd shift manufacturing operations.
