Manufacturing company with locations nationwide is targeting a Controls Engineer for their facility in the Mobile Alabama area. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience programming PLCs and HMIs in manufacturing or heavy industry.
AS in Engineering or related technical/military training required.

responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation systems for various production processes.
- Design and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and other automation components.
- Analyze automated processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical support for automation systems and equipment.
- Manage any automation projects from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Associates degree in a technical field, or related technical/military training.
- 3+ years of industrial automation experience required
