responsibilities:
- Provide corporate leadership and strategic direction for expediting practices, standards, and governance across global business units.
- Mitigate delivery risks by identifying late-delivery trends, driving early supplier interventions, and leading recovery execution before impacts occur.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making to convert supplier metrics, workload forecasts, and KPIs into actionable business strategies and executive reporting.
- Drive cross-functional alignment among procurement, supplier quality, logistics, and project controls teams to optimize supplier performance.
- Oversee capability planning to align global expediting staffing, training, and competency development with project demand and supplier risks for Our Client.
