responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end engineering support for product transfers, applying sound engineering principles across all project stages.
- Create critical manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, DMRs, DHRs, PFMEAs, and Process Control Plans.
- Write and execute equipment, cleaning, and process validations in full compliance with Our Client's procedures.
- Investigate yield issues on the manufacturing line, drive continuous quality improvements, and enforce strict GMP and safety standards.
- Train operators and sustaining engineers on production processes to ensure successful, seamless operational transfers.
