responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary operational focal point across cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering) to achieve program delivery, cost, and schedule goals.
- Coordinate delivery schedules, communicate risk assessments, and align operational readiness with customer forecast changes and critical production needs.
- Analyze key metrics including on-time delivery, backlog health, inventory levels, and material shortages to develop targeted action plans for continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives to streamline manufacturing flow, enhance production planning accuracy, and eliminate operational roadblocks using Lean methodologies.
- Coordinate the seamless implementation of Engineering and Manufacturing Change Orders (ECOs/MCOs) to minimize disruption to active production.
