responsibilities:
- Coordinate material receiving and shipping operations to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment and deadline compliance.
- Maintain precise inventory records by conducting error-free SAP transactions, portal entries, and periodic cycle counts.
- Rapidly identify and resolve material or shipment discrepancies to prevent operational delays.
- Serve as the vital link between warehouse operations, customer service, and planning to align inventory accuracy with customer commitments.
- Provide clear daily status updates, escalate overdue issues promptly, and collaborate with process owners on continuous improvements.
