responsibilities:
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets across groups, leading forecasting, expenditure tracking, variance reporting, and proactively mitigating budget overruns.
- Drive day-to-day ROB operations, establishing standardized business processes, work breakdown structures, and operational frameworks for the group.
- Lead executive communications, internal storytelling, all-company emails, town hall preparations, and CVP-level messaging.
- Partner with CVP/VP leadership and cross-functional teams to influence stakeholders and ensure product and engineering teams align with domain standards.
