responsibilities:
- Formulate robust quality procedures, technical specifications, and compliance standards for company products and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to resolve quality issues.
- Collect and analyze technical data for product and gauge evaluations using optical comparators and CMM tools.
- Identify essential personnel, procedures, gauges, and materials needed for successful new product launches.
- Ensure suppliers receive necessary technical information and facilities to consistently deliver high-quality products.
