responsibilities:
- Manage multiple electrical and general construction projects from preconstruction and bidding through execution and closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, equipment procurement, documentation, change orders, and overall performance.
- Coordinate union electrical crews, subcontractors, vendors, owners, and internal project stakeholders.
- Visit jobsites as needed to monitor progress, resolve field issues, and ensure work meets safety, quality, and contract requirements.
- Price project scopes and change orders while supporting electrical estimating and procurement activities.
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience, ideally as a Project Manager or highly experienced APM managing projects from bid through closeout.
- Proven ability to independently manage 3-5 concurrent projects, with knowledge of commercial electrical systems, including 208V and 480V work.
- Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam and willingness to travel regionally to project sites.
