responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex electro-mechanical and sheet metal enclosures, ensuring they meet rigorous functional and environmental requirements.
- Utilize advanced CAD design tools including NX, TeamCenter, and PTC Creo to develop detailed 3D models and technical design packages.
- Perform structural and thermal analysis to optimize heat dissipation, structural integrity, and overall mechanical performance at a system level.
- Collaborate 100% onsite with multi-disciplinary project teams to align mechanical designs with broader electrical and system-level parameters.
- Evaluate design tolerances and manufacturing constraints to ensure seamless fabrication, assembly, and compliance with industry quality standards.
