responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a team of 3-4 drafters during the development of project design tasks and construction drawings.
- Create complete electrical construction drawing sets, physical layouts, and schematics for power stations and industrial facilities using 2D/3D CAD software (including AVEVA 3D).
- Perform thorough design reviews and quality checks on work produced by junior designers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to NEC codes and industry standards.
- Coordinate across engineering disciplines, review manufacturer drawings to resolve physical interferences, and provide technical field support as needed.
