Our Client is a tech titan shaping global cloud infrastructure! Seeking a proactive Construction Project Manager in Richmond, VA with 5+ yrs in data center builds and a relevant degree to lead high-impact, mission-critical facility projects.

responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end lease construction deliverables and cross-functional team handoffs to ensure all sites achieve Ready for Service (RFS) status on schedule and within budget.
- Manage Lease Providers and internal Subject Matter Experts, serving as Our Client's primary point of contact for project development, delivery, and OAC meetings.
- Enforce compliance with commercial lease agreements and safety standards while embedding Our Client's culture, values, and best practices across all worksites.
- Drive key decision-making, change management, and scheduling, providing structured weekly project status reporting on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Socialize deployment solutions globally across Data Center Development projects and capture lessons learned to drive continuous operational improvements.
