Key Responsibilities
Electrical Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex industrial electrical systems, heavy machinery controls, and facility infrastructure, focusing heavily on electrical diagnostics.
Equipment Maintenance: Repair, remove, install, and service production and physical plant equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous manufacturing operations.
Preventative & Corrective Upkeep: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance requirements across all facility systems while promptly resolving ad-hoc equipment failures.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to plant safety guidelines, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and standard industrial codes while working independently on a 4x10 shift schedule (Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
Qualifications & Requirements
Core Expertise: Strong background in heavy industrial electrical maintenance, schematic reading, wiring, and machinery troubleshooting.
Assessment & Testing: Ability to successfully pass the required NOTCI test and the pre-employment online assessment.
Shift Availability: Available to work 2nd shift on a 4x10 schedule (Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM) with shift differential.
