responsibilities:
- Perform advanced NDE and QC inspections on parts, materials, and equipment utilizing technical drawings, precision measuring tools, and CMM programming.
- Develop and refine inspection methods, sequences, audit procedures, and standards to ensure strict compliance with quality and reliability benchmarks.
- Lead cross-functional teams using advanced problem-solving techniques to investigate root causes, resolve complex quality issues, and propose process enhancements.
- Analyze statistical process data to verify quality compliance, identify process deviations, and document detailed test results and problem reports.
- Serve as a technical team lead, coordinating daily work activities and mentoring less experienced quality technicians.
qualifications:
Technical Diploma with 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in quality control, quality engineering support, and NDE inspection.
Advanced expertise in precision measuring tools, CMM operation and basic programming, statistical applications, and intermediate blueprint reading.
Strong leadership and communication skills to autonomously manage tasks, guide cross-functional teams, and mentor junior peers.
