responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up, configuring, and verifying the performance of optical fiber testing systems and environmental chambers.
- Prepare and configure product samples for environmental and mechanical testing, handling delicate components with precision.
- Perform optical measurements using manual or automated test systems and document results per established procedures.
- Conduct basic data analysis, draft technical test reports, and assist engineering teams with failure mode analysis.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory work area while completing assignments accurately and on schedule.
qualifications:
High School diploma minimum with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Hands-on technical skills using test and measuring equipment, with excellent eyesight and delicate parts handling ability.
Strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and a quick-learning attitude in a collaborative team environment.
