responsibilities:
- Conduct electrical and mechanical testing in accordance with UL, CSA, IEC, and NEMA standards for electrical distribution products.
- Record precise test data, run calibrations, and execute dielectric, thermal, circuit, and vibration testing for project engineers.
- Assemble products, construct test setups, and assist in maintaining and repairing lab test fixtures.
- Manage multiple testing projects simultaneously while actively supporting lab safety, EHS requirements, and 5S initiatives.
- Collaborate and share technical expertise across the lab team while tracking test request statuses and samples.
qualifications:
Associate degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Technology from an accredited institution, with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
1 to 3 years of related technical experience with demonstrated electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and software aptitude.
Proficiency in using computers for test documentation, data collection, and analysis.
