Right of way Specialists needed in Akron OH, Greensburg PA and Reading PA. In this role you will work with a leading engineering and construction firm on major utility construction projects. Ideal candidates will be comfortable tracking down and understanding real estate documents for construction projects.

responsibilities:
- Analyze, prepare, review and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits and licenses
- Complete rights and restriction reviews
- Complete permitting requirements as needed
- Research and review of real property related documents
- Understand and interpret easement agreements
