Join Our Client, a global pioneer in cloud and AI! We seek a Construction Manager with 10+ yrs in datacenter infrastructure, GC/telecom experience, and vendor management to direct technical fit-outs.

responsibilities:
- Act as the lead conductor for technical fit-out efforts, aligning infrastructure, vendors, materials, approvals, and stakeholders to deliver data centers on schedule and budget.
- Supervise and coordinate production and operating teams, managing general contractors, telecom leads, and vendors across the project lifecycle.
- Implement production tracking, quality control systems, and risk management frameworks to detect issues early and ensure operational readiness.
- Measure and drive contractor performance across safety, schedule, quality, cost, and turnover metrics to ensure seamless handover to operations.
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of next-generation cloud and AI infrastructure while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required; Associate's in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
10+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, technical integration, scale program/project management, and vendor/construction management.
Strong background combining General Contractor and Telecom Lead experience, with a proven track record delivering complex technical fit-out projects.
