Join our power generation engineering team as a Commissioning & Startup Engineer driving critical plant equipment verification and system turnover. In this role, you will ensure all power plant systems are installed per design, properly tested, and seamlessly transitioned from construction through to final client operations.

responsibilities:
- Perform thorough system walkdowns to confirm design operational feasibility and log as-built drawing changes.
- Track, control, and maintain all technical documentation and procedures required for startup packages.
- Proactively plan and execute major milestones, including chemical cleaning, steam blows, and performance testing.
- Participate in tracking outstanding work items, punch lists, spare parts, and site consumables.
- Lead the seamless transition of plant equipment from construction to startup, and ultimately to client operations.
qualifications:
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of relevant power plant commissioning and startup experience. Hands-on experience with Siemens S7-1500 systems and OSHA 10-Hour training are required. Strong technical knowledge of power plant instrumentation, continuous improvement, and startup documentation control is essential.
