We are looking for a high performing Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations for vertical structural concrete projects across our growing regional footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for overall field execution managing field foremen and trades, driving structural deck cycles, enforcing jobsite safety, and delivering high quality cast in place concrete systems on schedule and within budget.

responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent/Foreman leading commercial vertical, high-density residential, or industrial concrete work
- Hands on knowledge of cast-in-place concrete, PT post-tensioned decks, gang/climbing formwork, and placer boom operations
- Lead field crews during wall, rebar, column, and slab pours. Enforce strict internal vibration standards to prevent honeycombing and ensure finished elevated decks match specified floor flatness and levelness tolerances.
- Supervise the placement of structural rebar cages, post-tension (PT) cable tendon profiles, and anchorage zones.
- Strong track record managing self-perform crews and trade subcontractors
