responsibilities:
- Assemble prototypes and products per design plans and engineering instructions.
- Perform prototype testing, document results accurately, and maintain compliance with GLP and Quality System standards.
- Support engineering teams in acquiring supplies and services while regularly communicating assignment status.
- Train team members on new product processes, procedures, and validated methods.
qualifications:
Two-year Technical Degree (AA/Certificate) or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in medical device development preferred.
Hands-on prototyping capability with bench fixturing/tooling design experience and vendor collaboration skills.
Strong analytical, communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities with a dedicated commitment to quality.
