We are seeking a highly tactical, hands-on Construction Foreman to lead field operations for oil and gas infrastructure projects, with a heavy emphasis on tank battery construction and site development. If you are a boots-on-the-ground leader who thrives in the energy sector and knows how to safely build and pipe fluid storage systems from the ground up, this role is built for you. You will serve as the critical driver of daily field operations, ensuring that complex excavations, tank installations, and site stabilization efforts are executed safely, compliantly, and on schedule. Unlike desk-bound project managers, our ideal candidate is a working foreman and a force multiplier. You will manage earthwork crews, direct the staging and installation of critical storage infrastructure, enforce rigorous oilfield safety protocols, and coordinate heavy equipment logistics. You must possess deep mechanical and earthwork aptitude. When the situation demands it, you are fully capable of stepping into the cab and operating heavy machinery yourself to keep the project moving forward.
