responsibilities:
- Lead multiple large-scale construction projects from planning and preconstruction to permitting and closing.
- Develop relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects and engineers.
- Lead large-scale commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $20 million from inception to closeout.
- Maintain a consistent physical presence on active job sites while establishing a steady presence in the local office.
qualifications:
8+ years commercial constrcution project management. Projects sized $20 million or more
