responsibilities:
- Develop, detail, expand, and maintain baseline project schedules for planning, procurement, construction, and maintenance activities adhering to enterprise WBS standards.
- Update and revise project schedules as work progresses using earned-value data and construction tracking information from field analysts.
- Analyze schedule performance, establish key performance indicators, and develop detailed "what-if" scenarios to evaluate critical path options and resource requirements.
- Provide logistics and scheduling technical support while communicating impacts, risks, and baseline updates directly to Project Managers.
- Interface continuously with project management teams, customers, partners, and external consultants to ensure execution alignment and timely critical-path management.
qualifications:
Technical college diploma or university degree in a related field, along with 5 to 10 years of related scheduling experience on oil and gas construction projects.
Advanced-level proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software and enterprise scheduling standards.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
