responsibilities:
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure drawing readiness, vendor engagement, and timely prototype parts delivery.
- Oversee prototype installation, manage turnbacks from testing, and ensure production drawings and schedule updates stay on track.
- Partner with program leadership to manage program stakeholders, schedules, scope, costs, risks, resources, and interdependencies.
- Plan, track, and communicate project details, facilitate team meetings, and drive project reviews within stage-gate and agile frameworks.
- Support internal program management initiatives to enhance organizational tools, processes, and overall operational efficiency.
qualifications:
Associate degree required, with a BS in engineering preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management experience leading multi-functional, global teams from product concept through production deployment.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Project, Excel) and experience managing competing priorities, distributed teams, and complex system trades.
