responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to create projects, requisitions, and change orders within Oracle Cloud.
- Track project spend, vendor invoicing, and capital activities to support accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Partner with engineers and Finance to develop financial models and support timely monthly close processes.
- Liaise across departments such as Accounts Payable, Engineering, and Construction to ensure prompt vendor invoice processing.
- Evaluate project data to provide clear financial reporting and insights that support management decision-making.
qualifications:
University degree or technical diploma in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of directly related project analysis experience (3-5 years preferred).
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel) and company database systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a collaborative team mindset and the ability to work independently under strict deadlines.
